Unveiling the Future of Classical Music through The Thalir Kala Awards 2025

The Rotary Club of Chennai Carnatic, after an successful launch of the awards last year, we are thrilled to announce The Thalir Kala Awards Season 2, a distinguished talent hunt poised to discover and celebrate the finest young classical musicians. This grand event is scheduledto take place at the iconic Vani Mahal, T. Nagar, on April 19th 2025, marking a significantcelebration of classical music’s rich heritage and the extraordinary talents of our youth.

Catering to young maestros across two age groups Junior (12 to 18 years) and Sub junior (under 12 years), The Thalir Kala Awards are designed to provide a platform for emerging talents to showcase their mastery and passion for classical music. By recognizing and nurturing these young musicians, the Rotary Club of Chennai Carnatic aims to ensure the continuation and appreciation for classical music and traditions among future generations.
