He brings with him over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry and has worked under prominent brands like Westin Hyderabad Mindspace, Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre, Ritz Carlton Bangalore, Hyatt Regency Gurgaon, Ibis Chennai and Coimbatore. His last assignment was with Ibis Coimbatore City Centre as Assistant Front Office Manager.
At Mercure Chennai, Soumen Bhattacharjee will be responsible for overseeing the front office operations, quality services in guest experience while ensuring service standards for business excellence.
He is a result driven professional. His key strengths being his efficient work ethic, positive attitude, ability to remain calm at stressful situations and ability to multi-task and that’s what sets him apart.
