Artisanal bread-making made easy with Honey Box – India’s very first DIY bread making kit. Conceptualized by Chef Shereen Perez, Honey Box is all set to launch at JK Cheese n More on the 22nd of November. Honey Box came to life when skill and innovation met confinement and limited resources.
Having graduated from Prima Baking Training Centre, Colombo along with her experience of working at the Taj Samudra, Colombo and ITC Grand Chola, Chennai, Chef Perez’s bread baking skills are unmatched and she used these skills to make the task of baking bread safe, easy, and all the while not compromising on taste.
Honey Box offers a range of breads including Artisan Crunchy, Multigrain, Focaccia and Pizza. Each kit is complete with homemade bread flour, salt, yeast, parchment sheets, and a list of instructions to help you bake to perfection. The kits start at INR 130 and will be available for purchase at JK Cheese N more, Amma Naana, and Tryst Gourmet at Express Avenue Chennai.
