The Kitchen by Chef Deepa Launches Iftar Special Menu for Ramadan 2026

Chennai, March 2026: Celebrating the spirit of togetherness and festive indulgence during the holy month of Ramadan, The Kitchen by Chef Deepa has unveiled its exclusive Iftar Special Menu for Ramadan 2026. Thoughtfully curated to bring families and friends together at sundown, the limited edition menu showcases vibrant, flavourful dishes inspired by North Indian culinary traditions.

The specially crafted Iftar menu features:

Amritsari Samosa Chaat

Crispy samosas layered with spicy chana, yoghurt, chutneys, and sev , the perfect street style comfort.

Multani Paneer Tikka

Juicy paneer marinated in yoghurt, pomegranate juice, and house spices, tender and flavourful.

Lawrance Road Wali Aloo Tikki

Amritsari style potato tikki stuffed with lentils, served with chole, yoghurt, and tangy chutneys.

Afgani Broccoli & Cauliflower

Broccoli marinated in creamy cashew paste and cauliflower in Kashmiri chilli yoghurt , perfectly grilled together.

Wraps

Soft parathas wrapped around hearty fillings , flavourful and fuss-free.

Dry Fruit Panjiri

Traditional roasted semolina in ghee, loaded with almonds, pistachios, and lotus seeds.

Speaking about the festive launch, Chef Deepa shared that the Ramadan menu has been created to reflect warmth, generosity, and the joy of sharing meals during Iftar.
