The Madras Bridal Fashion show is a fashion extravaganza, celebrating bridal couture by bringing together designers of ethnic diversity and promote multicultural art in high fashion. This event is organised by Shanmuga Priya of SHAN AND DENE. The show held on 23rd November 2019 at ITC Grand Chola.
MBFS features collections from some of India’s top notch designers showcasing their bridal inspirations. Indulging in a fashionable platform of creativity, innovation and fashion sense, bringing Award winning Designers from the country, Magnoliaá by Designer Vaani Raghupathy Vivek, Dithi Studio, Cinderella collection by Diadem and Fatiz by Noushija.
The grand event presents the designers collection with the leading models. Show Stoppers for the show are Kayal Anandhi, Dhanshika, Dayana Erappa and Indhuja.

Beautiful flowers, exuberating subtle elegance inspire label “Magnoliaa” by Designer Vaani Raghupathy Vivek’s new collection “Thalia”. Infusing innovation and freshness of floral, reflected in its motifs, color palette and placements of the new collection “Thalia” culminates in limited-edition textiles that celebrates tradition. Coupling elegance and comfort, rich fabrics such as sheer organza, silks are used to craft the desired look. Perfect for the young generation who doesn’t shy away from wearing handloom saris and lehangas for weddings. The silhouettes include lightweight and flouncy lehangas, saris, anarkalis, long maxi dresses amongst others, Perfect for the Indian summer and destination weddings, “Thalia” is a juxtaposition of solid colour blocking and pastel hues coupled with immaculate weaving technique.

Dithi Studio was launched in 2016 for the love of fashion. The boutique’s main work consists predominantly of sarees, custom-made in-house designs carefully made to fit according to individual preference. Their collection of silks can be perfect for brides, bridesmaids and everyday drapes.
The vintage charm of Kanjeevarams is breath-taking and is a definite must when it comes to wedding trousseau. It’s a moment of pride for any bride exuding the kind of elegance and opulence on par with royalty.
Dithi Studio is now showcasing some of the finest and exciting array of Kanjeevaram silk sarees. They have been designed, handcrafted and curated to make all the bridal dreams come true. The lustrous silks are available in gorgeous designs, vibrant and pastel hues with jewel-like zaris and contrasting blouses. The glossy finish of these sarees, the magic of the weave, the contrast in shades, the enigma of the silk yarns, speaks of the eternal beauty of Kanjeevarams.
