The beautiful actress, Mrunal Thakur, who is at the peak of her Bollywood career with success of Blockbuster movies like Batla House and Super 30, is being praised for her acting skills and flawless skin. Recently on the chat show, Fit & Famous on Tata Sky Fitness, Mrunal Thakur spoke about her fitness regimes and how Hrithik Roshan and John Abraham have inspired her to adopt long-term health goals.
While talking about her fitness regime, Mrunal Thakur shared her experience on balancing a workout schedule amidst hectic shooting schedules. She also revealed that both Hrithik Roshan and John Abraham follow the same mantra – ‘Nutrition is the most essential part of fitness’.
Sharing secrets learnt while shooting with actor Hrithik Roshan, she said “Hrithik Roshan was very dedicated towards his fitness. When we were working together for Super 30, he had a task to reduce 7kgs of bodyweight. To reduce that weight, he had to eat a lot of protein which included boiled broccoli and chicken without salt. He used to be in gym whenever he got time off the shooting schedule. His dedication to fitness and strong will-power has inspired me to become this person today.”
Further, talking about her Batla House co-star John Abraham, Mrunal added, “John used to share a lot of fitness tips during our shoot. He used to always ask me about my workouts and tell me what else can I do to improve. One most important tip that I learnt from both was to always eat good and healthy food.”
